Discover Downtown Franklin hosts Ethos Celebration of the Arts event in Downtown Franklin on August 22, 2020. The festival features juried artists, local and regional, showcasing original art in different medium categories. There will be live entertainment, activities for all ages, and so much more offered throughout the day.
