ClarkFEST is an annual festival held in the Town of Clarksville, Indiana. The event started out as an annual parade down Clarksville's Eastern Boulevard. Over the years, the event has grown to include a car show, musical entertainment, food from area restaurants, family entertainment, and community booths. The event was started by an independent group of local business owners and volunteers.

The event has grown so popular, the Clarksville Town Council voted in 2018 to take over the planning and management of the event. It is now organized by a planning committee made up of Town of Clarksville employees, Council Members, and community volunteers. The group is continuously searching for local individuals interested in volunteering for the planning committee, or to help on the day of the festival.
