"Many artist's favorite show" in a beautiful setting with abundant sales! Fourth Street Festival has an attendance of more than 30,000 people over the two-day period. The Fourth Street Festival was created in 1976 by a group of Bloomington area artists and craftspeople to provide a high quality outdoor art event. Artists can enjoy a free Sunday morning breakfast. The Fourth Street Arts Festival, again, offers Artist Home Hosting during the 2019 Festival. The Home Hosting program is in response to your need to help curb your costs of doing shows.
The Festival is planned and administered by a cooperative committee of local artists, many of whom have been involved with the event over a number of years.
