The Clay City Pottery Festival is an annual event that attracts thousands of people from all over the United States. Clay City is a small rural community of about 1020 residents. At Pottery Festival time the whole town is alive with activities. The activities are centered around the pottery that is over 125 years old and still operated by the fourth generation of the founders of the pottery.
