Come to downtown Franklin for Fall Festival, featuring a downtown street fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on East Court Street and West Court Street, entertainment from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., food vendors from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on East Court Street, a 1 p.m. parade, bounce houses in the City Hall parking lot at 70 E. Monroe St. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., a beer garden from noon to 10 p.m. in the courthouse parking lot, carriage rides from 2 to 5 p.m. on Monroe Street, a dachshund derby at 3:30 p.m. at Province Park on Monroe Street, the Hill Valley Ramblers on stage at 5:30 p.m., and Blue River Band on stage at 7 p.m.
