Canal Days is our community's premier homecoming event, when we welcome all current and former residents and guests from all over the tri-state area for a week filled with camaraderie and family-friendly fun.

The NHCD Festival Committee, which consists of a team of dedicated volunteers, community leaders, civic organizations, businesses, churches, and residents, have been working hard all year long to bring quality events to our community that will entertain the entire family.

There is truly something for everyone to enjoy at Canal Days!

It is our goal to serve as a catalyst for our local not-for-profit entities so that they have a specific avenue for raising funds for their projects, projects that in turn benefit our community as a whole. By uniting businesses and charitable organizations, the positive rewards that are reaped dramatically impact New Haven's overall quality of life!
