Join us on September 9, 2017 for the 5th Annual Eel River Arts Festival. Spend the day in North Manchester starting at 10 am with coffee and the Farmer's Market. Explore historic Main St. and visit the shops or just enjoy the scenery.

The Arts Festival will take place from 10-4 pm on September 9th at the Eel River Gardens located on the corner of Main and Market St. next to the Zion Lutheran Church.
