Model airplane clubs across the country will be hosting events to celebrate the hobby on National Model Aviation Day, August 16, 2014. We welcome residents, businesses, and nonprofits from in and around Delaware County to celebrate with us by selling or shopping during our first Community Day & Sale! Sell/Promote Residents/nonprofits: 10 X 10 spaces are just $10. Businesses: 10 X 10 spaces are just $20. Tables are available for $5 each. Parking for 1 included with space. Shop Now is your chance to visit several "tent" sales at one time. Find new treasures at great prices and bring the family for several other fun activities. Parking is $3 per car. Proceeds will benefit Wounded Warrior Project. Not a shopper? The AMA Foundation will also be hosting a 5K Run on National Model Aviation Day at AMA Headquarters. Register online starting June 10 for $18, or register the day of the race starting at 7 am for $20. The race will begin at 8 am. Registration begins June 10.
