The Wesley Manor Apple Festival began in 1993 when residents gathered apples from an orchard on the campus. Today, apples are not gathered on the campus; however, the day is filled with fun, family-friendly events such as musical entertainment, apple dumplings, apple pies, a book sale, apple bingo, craft booths, a farmer's market, a garage sale, a mum and pumpkin sale and a kid's activity area. In the Main Dining Room, the traditional ham & beans and vegetable soup lunch is served.
