| Description: | With its dark-toned, melancholy sound, the bassett horn is a rarity in the clarinet familyand the concert hall. Fueled by a fascination with the horns sound, the German clarinet virtuoso Sabine Meyer, her brother Wolfgang, and husband Reiner Wehle formed Trio di Clarone in 1983. The trio will perform a program including Mozart, Poulenc, Bach, and Stravinsky.
